Since the introduction of the NCT in 2000, Ireland has witnessed many changes in the motor industry. NCTS understands very well the need for members of the trade such as to obtain NCT bookings at short notice and in the past we have always endeavoured to facilitate the trade with the result that an excellent relationship now exists between the trade and its local NCT centre.

With this in mind we have developed the NCTS trade scheme specifically for the following trade: Main dealers & Independent garages.

In order to sign up for the scheme you will need to provide us with a copy of one of the following documents:

Vat Number - The Tax Clearance Certificate

TAN Number - The Tax Clearance Certificate

Company Registration Number - Company Headed Paper

Personal Insurance Policy Number - Personal Car Insurance Policy

Motor Insurance Policy Number - Motor Traders Policy

The process should take no more than a couple of minutes.

NCTS will issue a Trader ID to all trade members who sign up for the scheme. Once you are signed up to the scheme, you will enjoy a number of benefits such as:
